Terms and Conditions

    Clients attending Pilates sessions declare that they have no medical contraindications to physical exercise, and that they undertake training at their own risk. Where there is any doubt about a client's state of health, serious illness, a musculoskeletal condition or pregnancy, the teacher may request a medical certificate confirming that there are no contraindications to Pilates exercise.

    The studio's services are available to adults only. For minors, written consent or the presence of a legal guardian is required.

    Clients should arrive on time for a booked session. If a client is late for a Pilates session, the time lost will be deducted from the scheduled session length (55-60 min).

    Sportswear that does not restrict movement is required during sessions. We exercise barefoot or in socks.

    A booked Pilates session may be cancelled without any consequences up to 24 hours in advance. If a client notifies the teacher of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked time, the teacher treats the session as having taken place. The client is then required to pay for it, or the visit is deducted from the package purchased.

    The studio may cancel scheduled sessions for unforeseen or technical reasons, having first notified the client.

  7. 7

    Payment for sessions is made by Blik or in cash. Session times are arranged directly with the teacher (by phone, text message or Instagram).

    Class packages purchased are valid for a maximum of three months, counted from the date of the first session.

    The studio accepts no responsibility for belongings left on the premises.

  10. 10

    Entry to the studio is prohibited to anyone under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.

    The client consents to the processing of their personal data (first name, surname, telephone number) for the purpose of contact regarding booked Pilates sessions. Only the teacher leading the sessions and the studio owner have access to this data.

    Any matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code.
