Intimate and Considered
Pilateka is a small, intimate space in the very centre of Wrocław, equipped with top-tier made-to-order classical Pilates apparatus — reformers, a cadillac, several kinds of Pilates chairs, small and large barrels, a ped-o-pull, magic circles, foot correctors and a whole range of smaller props, which together let me build the session that best matches what you need and draw fully on the repertoire Joseph Pilates developed. The Pilateka interior was designed in collaboration with Good Estate. We are one of only a dozen or so studios worldwide, and the only one in Poland, to be recognised by the apparatus manufacturer Legacy (Legacy Pilates Studios).
